Video Editor for AI-focused YouTube Channel

We are looking for a skilled and fast Video Editor to join our AI-focused faceless YouTube channel. The content revolves around breaking AI updates, tech news, model releases, and industry analysis. Deadlines are strict because videos must go out quickly, so we need someone who can deliver high-quality edits under pressure.
Responsibilities:
* Edit 6 to 12 minute faceless videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
* Create motion graphics, kinetic text, UI elements, charts, and smooth transitions
* Research and collect relevant visuals such as B-roll, screenshots, tweets, demos, and diagrams
* Stay updated on daily AI news to find clips and visuals faster
* Deliver videos within tight timelines (often 12 to 24 hours)
* Maintain consistent pacing, style, and overall quality
* Communicate clearly and handle revisions quickly
Requirements:
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
* Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
* Experience editing faceless content (news, AI, tech, documentary style)
* Ability to research and gather visuals fast
* Strong storytelling sense and pacing
* Ability to work under strict deadlines
* Good communication skills
Bonus Skills (optional):
* Experience editing AI or tech-related videos
* Familiarity with major AI models (GPT, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, etc.)
* Ability to handle basic sound design and music selection
* Experience with futuristic HUD-style visuals
