Video Editor for Men’s Leadership & Transformation Content

We need a VIDEO EDITOR to bring our vision and mission to life. You will create short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that hooks and engages, and long-form content (podcasts, YouTube videos) that inspires and educates.
RESPONSABILITIES
-SHORT-FORM EDITING (Reels, TikToks, YT Shorts)
• Edit 30–90 second clips from long-form podcasts.
• Remove filler words and dead air with clean jump cuts.
• Add zoom effects, subtitles, icons, and on-screen text in branded style.
• Incorporate B-roll, trending audio, and engaging hooks in first 3 seconds.
• Export vertical (9:16) videos optimized for Instagram/TikTok/YouTube Shorts.
-LONG-FORM EDITING (Podcasts, YouTube)
• Edit podcasts and YouTube videos into polished, engaging episodes.
• Sync audio and video, balancing sound levels.
• Add intros/outros, logos, branded animations, and lower-thirds.
• Use B-roll, transitions, subtle music, and color grading.
• Prepare chapter markers and export in high-quality horizontal (16:9).
STANDARS & EXPECTATIONS
• Follow Seol’s brand identity (fonts, colors, tone).
• Ensure captions and overlays are clear, accurate, and typo-free.
• Prioritize clarity and dynamic pacing over flashy edits.
• Submit drafts for review before final delivery.
• Meet deadlines and organize files in the shared drive.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in short-form and long-form editing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Strong familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Creative storytelling skills with strong pacing and hooks.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsive communicator.
• Bilingual or Native English speaker.
• Located in Europe, CET time.
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience editing coaching or educational content.
• Motion graphics and animation skills.
• Interest in purpose-driven projects and leadership development.
