We’re a small, fast-moving startup....no big teams, no layers of approvals, no fluff. Just a few people trying to build something meaningful and make content that actually connects.
Now we need a video editor who gets it.
Who You (Hopefully) Are:
Obsessed with turning raw footage into smooth, scroll-stopping edits
Know your way around Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut — whatever tool you love
Have a portfolio that makes us go “yep, this person gets it”
You’re creative, quick, and can handle feedback without your soul leaving your body
You're not just editing for the sake of editing — you care about storytelling
What You'll Be Doing:
Editing short-form and long-form videos (for social, ads, reels, YouTube, etc.)
Working directly with our small team (yep, you’ll talk to founders — no middle managers here)
Adding motion graphics, text overlays, music, transitions, vibes
Delivering clean, final exports that are ready to post
What We’re Not Looking For:
Template editors who copy-paste from Envato and call it a day
People who disappear for days without a word
Anyone applying without a portfolio (sorry, again — but we mean it)
Bonus Points If You:
Have a sense of humor (helps, trust us)
Understand current trends and formats on platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok
Can take creative initiative — pitch an idea, try a new style, remix something
