About the Show:
We’re producing a bilingual (Telugu-English) podcast hosted by a well-known media personality. The show blends heartfelt storytelling, humour, and cultural insight. We’re looking for a skilled video editor who can bring warmth, rhythm, and visual personality to each episode.
What You’ll Do:
Edit podcast video episodes (approx. 30–60 mins) for YouTube and social media.
Sync and polish multi-camera footage (usually 2–3 cameras).
Create visually engaging cuts that match the tone and pacing of the conversation.
Add intro/outro sequences, lower thirds, titles, and subtitles where needed.
Optimise final exports for YouTube and social platforms (Instagram Reels, clips, etc).
I'd like you to collaborate closely with the production team on creative direction, branding, and tone.
You Should Have:
You should be fluent in English and Telugu. Hindi is a bonus.
Proven experience editing conversational or interview-style video content.
Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
A sense of pacing, emotional timing, and storytelling through visuals.
Basic audio cleanup skills (EQ, noise reduction, levelling).
Familiarity with bilingual (Telugu-English) content is a plus but not mandatory.
Reliability and attention to deadlines.
Know how to colour grade and enhance footage shot on iPhones or mirrorless cameras.
Can create short-form highlight clips optimised for Instagram/TikTok.
Have a creative eye for thumbnails and titles.

If you already have access to editing software.
