Video Editor Intern for YouTube Channel
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to join our growing YouTube team in Bengaluru. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, a knack for pacing, and a mastery of editing software, we want to hear from you.
This is a full-time, in-office internship where you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Assembly: Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos for our YouTube channel.
Software Mastery: Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and Filmora to cut sequences, adjust audio, and apply transitions.
Creative Polish: Add motion graphics, B-roll, sound effects, and music to enhance the viewer experience.
Thumbnail/Graphic Support: Assist in creating visual assets that drive high click-through rates (CTR).
Collaboration: Work closely with the content lead to understand the vision for each episode and ensure the final product aligns with our brand voice.
Version Control: Manage exports for different platforms (Long-form, Shorts, Reels) and organize project files efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (Required) and Filmora (Preferred). Experience with After Effects is a major plus.
Pacing & Timing: A solid understanding of "YouTube style" editing—keeping the audience engaged through quick cuts, text overlays, and sound cues.
Technical Savvy: Knowledge of color grading, audio leveling, and various export formats (1080p, 4K, vertical video).
Portfolio: A link to a showreel or previous work (even personal projects) is mandatory.
Location: Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Bengaluru.
