Co-Founder/Video Editor Needed for Growing EdTech Channel (Profit Share Equity)
I am seeking a dedicated Video Editor and creative partner to join an educational YouTube channel focused on Competitive Exams[UPSC,UP-PCS,RAS,TGT etc].
The Vision: This is not just a YouTube channel; it is the foundation for a comprehensive education business. The roadmap includes high-quality free content followed by premium courses and study materials.
The Deal (Revenue Share): This is currently an unpaid, equity-based position. You will receive:
50% of all YouTube AdSense Revenue (permanently).
30% of all future Course/Digital Product Sales.
Full credit in video descriptions to build your portfolio.
Who I am Looking For:
Someone proficient in [Premiere Pro/DaVinci/Final Cut/any other editing software].
An editor who understands retention editing (b-roll, pacing, simple motion graphics).
Someone willing to grow with the channel.
Ideally, you have an interest in education or social impact.
