Video Editor
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m looking to bring a dedicated editor onto my team for a permanent role (one-month paid probation to start). The schedule is light—just three hours a day, Monday through Friday—but I do need the flexibility to jump in on a weekend if an urgent delivery pops up. Compensation will sit between 15 k and 20 k, depending on how quickly you hit the ground running.
Most of the workload centres on a fixed quota of reel edits and short-form trailers/teasers. Because these pieces are driven by culture, dance, and especially music, having a good musical ear is essential; you’ll be matching cuts, typography, and transitions to rhythm and mood rather than simply assembling clips.
You’ll get the best results if you are completely at ease in Capcut, though you’re welcome to dip into Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve when advanced colour or audio tweaks are needed. What matters is that the final export is crisp, engaging, and on time.
Daily deliverables
• The agreed number of reels and short videos, ready for upload
• Captions styled directly in Capcut and synced to the beat
• Typography and motion choices that feel fresh and culturally on point
