Video Editing for "Stability Codex" Channel
Budget: £250 – £300 GBP
Hey,
I’m currently building out a new content brand called Stability Codex and I’m looking to connect with a video editor who could potentially support on a longer-term basis.
The content is more documentary style analysing real world company and system failures with a mix of AI-generated visuals, data, and structured storytelling. The aim is to build something clean, consistent, and scalable across multiple platforms.
I’ve already got a system in place, so scripts, scene direction, and supporting docs are prepared beforehand. The role is mainly about bringing everything together and making it flow properly.
The current stack we’re using is:
• ElevenLabs for voiceover
• Runway / Pika for visual scenes
• Canva (or similar) for charts and thumbnails
• Premiere Pro or DaVinci for editing
What I’d need help with:
• Editing full YouTube videos (around 8–12 minutes)
• Keeping pacing tight and visuals aligned with narration
• Creating 3–5 short clips from each video
• Supporting with thumbnails if needed
We’ll also be posting across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and Reddit, so content will be used across multiple formats.
I’m ideally looking to work on a monthly basis, so it would be useful to know your monthly rate range and what that would typically include in terms of output.
This is something I’m building for the long term — the goal is to grow Stability Codex into a proper brand, and eventually tie it into a larger product. As things grow and start generating revenue, there will be room to increase pay accordingly.
For now I’m just speaking with a few editors to get a feel for pricing and how people work, so no pressure at this stage.
