Video Editing RFP for Montana DNRC
Budget: $10 – $5,000 USD
The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Forestry Division is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide editing services for DNRC’s wildfire preparedness video project. The wildfire preparedness video project aims to highlight the comprehensive training and operations involved in DNRC’s wildfire preparedness and wildfire response through seven <60–second videos.
The primary objectives of this project are to:
• Use existing video footage to produce visually appealing and seamless short videos to highlight the aspects of wildfire preparedness.
• Ensure the editing style effectively communicates complex information to a diverse audience.
• Utilize existing intro/outro/title animations that are consistent with the DNRC's branding guidelines.
• Produce videos that are accessible, shareable, and suitable for DNRC’s social media accounts.
A contract will be awarded based on the RFP evaluation criteria including ability to meet stated requirements, customer references, solution approach, price and additional factors detailed in the RFP.
