Project Overview
Arclight Content is hiring a versatile AI Video Creation Specialist to join our growing production team. We produce professional, fully AI-generated videos across multiple styles — including avatar explainers, commercials, cinematic B-roll, and social media content for real estate, design, and brand marketing.
This position supports our rapid expansion into two major white-label partnerships — one in real estate, serving thousands of realtors, and another in character animation, where thousands of caricatures and mascots are being converted into videos.
You’ll be part of our internal creative team building high-quality videos from concept to completion, using AI generation tools combined with professional editing software.
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit videos using AI avatars, generated B-roll, and visual effects
Build complete sequences using Sora 2, VEO 3, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, and Midjourney
Edit and refine videos in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar) with sound, captions, and transitions
Match brand tone, pacing, and storytelling standards
Collaborate with our creative leads for feedback and improvement
What We Provide
We provide full access to Higgsfield, which includes unlimited AI credit access and integrated tools like Sora 2, VEO 3, Runway, and Pika. You’ll also receive training on which model to use for each project type and how to combine AI outputs with professional editing workflows.
