Vertical Reel to LinkedIn Formats

I have a single vertical reel in 9:16 that I need repurposed for LinkedIn. Two outputs are required—one in 16:9 and another in 1:1. Nothing in the frame may be cropped out, especially the people on-screen, so please use a smart background fill that best suits each shot; whether it ends up blurred or replaced with a clean colour will depend on what works naturally with the footage.
The original resolution and overall image quality must stay intact. No extra edits, effects, or colour work—this is strictly a format conversion and gentle reframing job. Both files should be centred, balanced for the LinkedIn feed, and exported in a codec and bitrate LinkedIn accepts without further compression.
