I have raw footage for a step-by-step tutorial that needs to be shaped into an engaging, easy-to-follow video for a general-public audience. The final cut should flow smoothly, highlight key moments with on-screen text overlays, and include clear, well-timed subtitles so viewers can follow along even on mute.
A light bed of background music and subtle sound effects will help keep the pacing lively without distracting from the instructions, so a good ear for audio balancing is essential. I’ll provide the clips, any branding assets, and a draft script for the captions; you handle the edit, colour correction, audio mix, and export.
Deliverables
• Finished video in 1080p (and 4K if the workflow allows)
• Burned-in and separate subtitle files (SRT)
• Project file or edit XML for future tweaks
• One revision pass included to fine-tune timing, text, or audio levels
Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve are all fine as long as the final result looks polished and professional. Turnaround within a week would be ideal—let me know if you need anything else from my side to get started.
