TikTok Video Re-Edit & Voice Change

I have a short TikTok (see the reference below) that I want rebuilt almost shot-for-shot, but with a fresher look:

Here’s exactly what I need done on each edit:

• Switch the solid background to a light-blue tone.
• Adjust the text style, graphic elements, and the small animation touches so they feel cohesive yet minimalistic.
• Replace the current voice-over with one that sounds very similar in pace and energy, but is not the same speaker.
• Keep timing, cuts, and overall structure identical to the reference so the message lands the same way.

Final files I’ll need: a 1080 × 1920 mp4 ready for upload, plus the editable source file (CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects—use whatever you’re fastest with).
