Sweet 16 Photo Slideshow

I have collected a little over at least one hundred pictures of my great-granddaughter—spread across three shared iCloud folders—and I need them turned into a simple, elegant video slideshow for her Sweet 16 party. The images can appear in a fully random order except for the first photo which will be of the celebrant's mother; the only effect I’m after is a gentle fade between each photo. No music is required.

The finished file must be ready to play as a loopable backdrop at the venue, so an MP4 or similar universal format will work best. I have eight days before the event; receiving a first draft within a few days would let me flag any photo swaps or timing tweaks in time for a quick polish.

All photos are already selected and share-linked, so once you accept the job I’ll send the URLs plus any additional notes. If this sounds straightforward for you, I’d appreciate the help more than you know.
