Straightforward Educational Video Editing

I have raw footage that needs to be shaped into a clear, traditional educational video aimed at a general-public audience. The material is already shot; what I now need is clean, no-frills editing that tightens pacing, corrects color and audio where necessary, and adds simple lower-third titles or callouts only when they genuinely serve comprehension.
Please keep transitions basic and unobtrusive—hard cuts or gentle fades will do. No motion-graphics packages, kinetic text, or flashy effects are required; the focus is on clarity and an easy flow from point to point.
Deliverables
• One fully edited video file in both 1080p H.264 (MP4) and an editable project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—whichever you use)
• A separate, properly leveled WAV audio stem in case I need to repurpose the narration later
Once I supply the footage and brief talking-point outline, I’ll appreciate a quick rough cut to confirm pacing before you proceed to the final polish.
