Special Occasion Personal Video Editing

I have raw footage from a recent special occasion that I want transformed into a polished keepsake. The clips need trimming, colour correction, smooth pacing, and—most important—creative special effects that heighten the emotion without overpowering the moments. Think tasteful slow-motion highlights, light-leak transitions, or subtle particle overlays wherever they add impact.
The source files (shared by Google Drive) run about fifteen minutes in total; the finished edit should be a concise 3–5-minute story, delivered in full-HD 1080p H.264 so it plays perfectly on phones, TVs, and social media.
Deliverables
• Final edited video (MP4, 1080p)
• Corresponding project file from your NLE of choice (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut)
• Up to two revision rounds after the first draft
