Southampton Conference Filming & Edits - 09/11/2025 18:48 EST
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
Our annual conference lands in Southampton on Friday, 14 November 2025, and I need a skilled videographer to spend roughly half a day on-site capturing the buzz. The priority footage is our workshops and breakout sessions, along with quick, engaging attendee interviews in the hallways.
Once the cameras stop rolling, I’m after polished, platform-ready clips for both our website and social channels. Think concise, professional, and formal in tone—no flashy cuts—supported by tasteful, license-cleared instrumental music. Natural room audio should still shine through whenever a speaker or attendee is talking.
Deliverables I will look for:
• Clean, colour-graded short clips (approx. 30–90 seconds each) in horizontal and square formats
• Subtitled versions for silent autoplay on social media
• Light lower-thirds for names/titles where relevant
• All final files supplied in MP4 (H.264) plus a folder of the raw footage
If you know your way around a mirrorless/DSLR rig, lapel mics, and Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, let’s talk and lock in the date.
