First, I’ll hand you raw footage, a short script, and brand assets so you can craft a punchy promotional video built specifically for social media. The final cut should be 30–45 seconds, formatted for vertical viewing, include on-brand motion graphics, captions that hold attention even with the sound off, and be ready to upload to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook without additional tweaks from my side.
While the edit is underway, I also want a sharp mind on my current financial management challenges. I’ll share high-level P&L snapshots, cash-flow notes, and growth goals. From that information I expect concise, actionable ideas that directly improve cash utilisation and profitability—think quick-win cost controls and longer-term revenue levers, not generic theory.
