We’re looking for a long-term Video Editor to help turn AI-powered ideas into scroll-stopping content.
Who we are:
We work with founders who want to show up everywhere without living behind a camera. You’ll be the editor who makes their content feel human, authentic, and high-performing.
Budget:
- Paid above market (based on experience & output)
- Performance bonuses tied to client results
- Types of videos you’ll edit:
- Short-form social content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Long-form YouTube-style videos
- AI avatar videos
- Personal brand content for founders
- Clean, conversion-focused edits (no flashy nonsense)
Editing style:
- Clean, smart, and modern
- Platform-native pacing
- Authentic and human (even with AI avatars)
- Results-focused, content that actually gets watched
- No over-the-top effects required
What you’ll do:
- Turn AI avatars, scripts, and raw footage into polished videos
- Make content catchy, clear, and platform-ready
- Handle both short-form and long-form edits
- Collaborate async with our team to hit deadlines
- Own projects independently and deliver consistently
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience with Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Detail-oriented and fast without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable working async and managing your own workflow
- Obsessed with making videos look professional and perform well
- Solid portfolio (please link examples)
Software:
- Premiere Pro (required)
- After Effects (must-required)
- Photoshop / Illustrator (nice to have, not required)
