Soccer Highlights Video Creation

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to create a 5-minute soccer highlights video. The video is to showcase the best moments of a match, with an emphasis on goals, assists, and key defensive plays. We already have the background music and a clear vision of the style and mood we want.

I have a story book with all the time marks and duration of seconds to be extracted from various game videos. Every game video to be used is linked to Google Drive. Each clip is approximately 9-14 seconds long, and there is a total of 25 clips to be assembled with a transition in between. Each clip will have a text-on-screen (I'll provide the font, color and the text). It is quite a straight forward job. Need someone who knows what they are doing, though.

Requirements:
- Experience in sports video editing
- Ability to sync highlights with provided background music
- Proficient in adding dynamic transitions and effects
- Strong understanding of soccer to capture essential moments (all time marks will be provided though)
