We are looking for a dedicated and creative video editor for our educational YouTube channel Simplifies Eyes, which creates animated science explainer content in the style of The Infographics Show or Kurzgesagt – In a Nutshell.
This is not a one-time gig — it’s a long-term project cum deal. We’re searching for someone who is passionate about science, storytelling, and visual creativity — and who wants to grow with us from the ground up.

Payment Structure (Performance-Based Growth):
• Initial Payment per Video: ₹50 to ₹100 (based on complexity)
• As videos begin to perform:
• At 1K–2K views → your pay increases
• At 3K–4K views → further increment
• Once the channel is monetized (expected in 3–4 months) → 20% revenue sharing per video
Your payment grows with your contribution — the harder you work, the more you earn. This is a competitive, performance-based compensation model, not a fixed salary.

• Ability to produce engaging and visually appealing explainer videos
• Video length will be 1–2 minutes, but in long-form format (not Shorts)
• Proficiency with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.
• Strong pacing, use of motion graphics, smooth transitions
• Commitment to deadlines and regular collaboration
• Optional: a basic understanding of science or curiosity to learn (bonus)
