Skilled Video Editor for Social Media Clips
Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 INR
We are looking for a fast, reliable, and skilled video editor to join our team on a monthly retainer basis. You will be responsible for repurposing long-form content (podcasts and talking heads) into engaging short-form clips for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
Compensation:
Rate: 10,000 [INSERT CURRENCY] per month (Fixed Retainer).
Type: Long-term ongoing work.
Daily Deliverables:
Volume: 5 to 10 high-quality clips per day.
Format: Vertical (9:16) for social media.
Source Material: We provide the raw podcast/talking head files; you identify and edit the best hooks.
Responsibilities:
Clip Selection: Find the most engaging "viral" moments from long-form footage.
Editing Style: Clean "talking head" edits. Must include:
Accurate, dynamic captions (Hormozi style or similar).
B-roll and stock footage overlays where necessary.
Sound effects and background music.
Color correction and audio enhancement.
Turnaround: Must be able to deliver daily.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality.
Good understanding of social media trends (pacing, hooks, retention).
Reliable internet connection for downloading/uploading large files.
