Skilled Video Editor for Educational Content

I’m looking for a skilled video editor to work on my tutorial-style screen recording videos. These are educational videos that need to be polished and made more engaging for viewers.

The raw screen recordings will be provided, and your job will be to:

Edit out pauses, mistakes, or unnecessary parts

Add smooth transitions and text highlights where needed

Adjust audio for clarity (noise reduction, leveling, etc.)

Create a short intro for each video, using snippets from the same video to make it visually appealing

Optionally add simple background music and branding elements (intro/outro, logo, etc.)

This is a long-term, part-time project — I typically record 10 to 15 videos per month, so I’m looking for someone who can work on a monthly fixed payment basis.

Requirements:

Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)

Experience with educational or tutorial video editing

Attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent editing style across videos

Good communication and ability to meet deadlines

Ability to create short engaging intros from existing video content

Duration & Payment:

Ongoing monthly engagement (long-term project)

Fixed monthly payment (please mention your monthly rate in the bid)

Expected workload: 10–15 videos per month
