Skilled 3D Animator & Editor for Children's Content

Title: 3D Animator + Video Editor for Kids YouTube Channel (Rhymes, Educational, Stories)
We are looking for a single person who can handle both 3D animation and full video editing for our Kids YouTube channel. Our channel creates three types of videos:
- Nursery Rhymes (songs)
- Educational (ABCD, 123, colors, animals)
- Entertainment (short stories, fun activities)
Animation Style Required: "Premium Cartoonish 3D" – colorful, stylized characters with big eyes, rounded shapes, and bright colors (like Cocomelon or Pixar-style). We DO NOT want realistic or abstract animation.
Responsibilities:
- Create 3D characters, scenes, and props (modeling or using ready assets).
- Do lip-sync and body movements according to voice-over and rhymes.
- Edit the full video – cutting scenes, transitions, color correction, text overlays (lyrics).
- Mix audio – background music and sound effects (claps, laughs, boings) with voice-over.
- Deliver final video in 1080p (Full HD) or 4K, optimized for YouTube.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in 3D animation using Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D (Blender preferred).
- Experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Must have a portfolio – at least 2 links of 3D animated videos (cartoon style, preferably for kids).
- Able to do sound mixing (BG music + SFX).
- Bonus (optional): Can design YouTube thumbnails.
Budget & Workload:
- Budget: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (for freelancer)
- Videos per month: 4 to 5 videos (each 1.5 to 3 minutes long)
- Payment: Weekly or monthly milestone basis. First 2 videos as trial.

2. Mention which software you use (e.g., Blender + Premiere Pro).
3. Be ready for a paid test task (₹500) – animate a 30-second clip of a character dancing and edit it with music.
Selection Process:
- I will review portfolios and shortlist 3-4 candidates.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive a paid test task.
- Best performer gets a 1-month trial contract.
- If everything goes well, it will be extended to a long-term contract.
