We help businesses generate leads organically through personal branding and convert those leads into clients using AI-powered sales systems.

We're looking for someone who can create premium, engaging, and high-retention videos that capture attention within the first few seconds.

- Monthly Deliverables

Edit "5 short-form videos per month"
Video duration: 30–45 seconds
Repurpose raw footage into engaging social media content
Deliver videos on time according to our content calendar

- Editing Style

We are looking for an editor who can create videos similar to:

Viral text video editor and smooth motion graphics editor

The videos should include:

Smooth transitions
Dynamic captions
Motion graphics
Clean typography
Zooms and punch-ins
B-roll where appropriate
Sound effects
Background music
High viewer retention editing

The final output should look clean, premium, and professional—not over-edited.

- Requirements

Experience editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
Strong understanding of storytelling and audience retention
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Good communication
Ability to follow brand guidelines

- Salary

₹10,000/month (Starting)
Performance-based increase up to ₹30,000+/month like 50k to 1lakh+/month with business flight bookings
