Sensitive Data Video Blur

I have a short screen-recording (under five minutes) that shows confidential data on nearly every frame. I need every trace of that information either blurred or cleanly replaced with clearly labeled sample/demo placeholders, and I’d like your advice on what that placeholder content should look like so the video still feels natural and professional.
Because the text and figures move around the interface, good motion tracking is essential; the masks or replacements must stay locked to each element throughout the playback. Please keep overall image quality high—no noticeable loss of sharpness or color shift—and deliver the final file as a 1080p MP4.
I work in the Adobe ecosystem, so an After Effects or Premiere Pro workflow is preferred. If you use other VFX tools for tracking or screen replacement, just make sure the end result integrates seamlessly.
