90-Second Promotional Video Edit

I have three source videos that need to be trimmed down and woven together into one sharp, 1-minute-30-second promotional piece. Between the selected excerpts I want straightforward cut transitions—no fades, slides, or fancy wipes—paired with a handful of simple slides that display supplied images and short text captions.
You’ll receive:
• The three raw video files
• Still images (PNG/JPEG)
• Copy for each text slide
What I need back:
• A compressed final H.264 MP4 (1080p) running as close as possible to 1:30. Please keep the size as small as possible.
• The editable project file from Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—whatever you prefer—so I can make future tweaks
