Role-Play Training Video Edit

I have raw footage for an employee-training session that was filmed as a series of role-playing scenarios. I need someone to turn these takes into a polished corporate training video that flows naturally and keeps learners engaged.

The job involves stitching the scenes together in the correct sequence, tightening dialogue, adding lower-thirds for key learning points, and smoothing transitions so the narrative feels seamless. Clean, balanced audio and consistent colour are important because the clips were shot in two different rooms under mixed lighting.

I will provide:
• Separate video and audio files for each scenario
• Brand guidelines, including logo, fonts, and a short animated intro/outro bumper

Please return a 1080p master file plus a version with burned-in subtitles. I’d also like the project file (Premiere Pro or Final Cut preferred) so future updates are easy on my side.
