I have six very short source videos (labelled “VID”) and six matching narration clips (“NAR”) sitting in this Drive folder:

Each pair is only a few seconds long—the combined running time is under ten minutes—so the job is quick:
• Strip the audio from every VID clip.
• Drop in the audio from its corresponding NAR file, keeping lips perfectly in sync.
• Take my face from the NAR video and simply overlay it on top of the face in the VID (no blending or green-screen work, just a clean cover-up that tracks naturally).
• Export every finished piece as an MP4 in the same resolution as the originals and return all six files.
No extra effects or audio tweaks are needed beyond what’s described. If you’re comfortable with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or any comparable editor, this should be less than an hour’s task.
