Reels Video Editing

I release short educational snippets that need to grab attention within the first few seconds, keep viewers watching, and leave them with a clear takeaway. I’m looking for a video editor who can take my raw vertical footage and turn it into engaging reels that feel fresh, polished, and ready for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.
What the work looks like
• Trim the footage to the strongest hooks and main teaching points.
• Add dynamic text, captions, and light motion graphics so viewers can follow along even on mute.
• Use punchy transitions, sound design, and background music that suit an upbeat, informative tone.
• Deliver colour-corrected, audio-balanced, vertical videos (typically 30–60 seconds) in 1080 × 1920.
What I’d like from you
Please send a detailed project proposal that outlines your editing workflow, the tools you prefer (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.), expected turnaround per reel, and how many rounds of revisions you include. Links to past educational or short-form work are welcome inside the proposal if they help illustrate your approach.
I plan to create reels on an ongoing basis, so if your proposal shows a clear, efficient process and a knack for keeping educational content engaging, we can turn this into a steady collaboration.
