Reel Editor for Home Interior Content

Job Role:
As a Reel Editor, you’ll be responsible for transforming raw video footage into captivating short-form content aligned with our brand tone and messaging. You will work closely with our marketing team and scriptwriters to bring civil engineering, home care, and renovation topics to life in a visual, engaging way.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit raw video footage (15–60 sec) into high-quality, scroll-stopping reels
Add music, text overlays, transitions, effects, and brand elements
Ensure fast-paced and engaging storytelling aligned with current social media trends
Follow brand guidelines and optimize content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
Collaborate with the content/script team for timely delivery and revisions
Ensure final exports are crisp, HD quality (1080x1920), and ready to publish
Requirements:
Proven experience in editing reels/short-form video content
Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile-based apps
Strong sense of music sync, pacing, and trending visual styles
Access to editing software and own laptop/device
Ability to meet deadlines and accept feedback
Bonus: Background in civil/interior/home care content or willingness to learn
