Real Estate Video Editor for Social Media

I am looking for a creative and reliable video editor to create real estate–based short videos for social media platforms.
You will be given only a topic, and your responsibility will be to research the topic, gather relevant premium stock videos and images, and create a short video in a very similar style and quality to the reference provided.
These videos will be used on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, so they must be engaging, clean, and optimized for each platform.

Key Responsibilities
Research the real estate topic provided
Create short-form videos using:
Premium stock footage
Premium stock images
Text animations, transitions, and music
Match the style, pacing, and quality of the reference video
Create thumbnails and cover images for each video
Initially create profile photos, logo, and basic branding assets required for social media pages
Optimize content for:
Instagram Reels
Facebook
YouTube Shorts
Project Details
Payment: Per video
First task: 1 paid test video
Topics will be provided by me
This can become a long-term project if the quality and workflow are good
Requirements
Proven experience in short social media video editing
Strong portfolio (Reels / Shorts preferred)
Access to premium stock footage & image platforms (mandatory)
Ability to research real estate topics independently
Attention to detail and ability to replicate styles accurately
Good communication and reliable delivery
