Real Estate Promo Video Editing
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My real-estate firm releases frequent promotional spots that highlight listings, market insights, and our brand story. I need an experienced video editor to take the raw 4K footage and turn it into polished, professional-and-formal marketing pieces suitable for YouTube, Instagram, and in-office screens.
Each edit must weave together:
• clean voice-over narration that I will supply (sync and mix it so it sits well above the music)
• branded text overlays and lower-third graphics that match our style guide (logo, brand colours, contact info, CTA)
• royalty-free background music that feels confident and upscale, ducked properly beneath narration
I usually deliver A-roll/B-roll, logo assets, and a rough script outline via Google Drive. Feel free to work in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or another pro NLE—just make sure colour grading, sharp cuts, and audio levelling stay broadcast-ready.
Deliverables per video:
1. Master file in 4K (H.264)
2. One vertical cut-down (1080×1920) for social reels
3. Project file with all assets correctly organised
4. Quick turnaround preview link for notes, followed by a final version with revisions incorporated
