Real Estate Promo Video Creator
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m looking for a Gurgaon-based content creator who can help target the relevant audience in India thats interested in dubai real estate sector by creating crisp, professional short promotional videos /reels (around 30–60 seconds each). The goal is simple: help build my social media presence from day zero & gradually scale it up to highly professional real estate advisory/consultancy business. Help move inventory by showcasing pictures/videos of every property’s best angles in a polished, formal style that inspires buyer confidence.
What you’ll do:
• Share already available pictures/videos (shared by my Dubai team) of selected properties (interiors, exteriors, amenities) & turn into more professional looking ones
• Edit the material into vertical, social-ready promos suitable for Instagram Reels and Facebook Stories, Youtube
• Add subtle lower-thirds, our branding, royalty-free music, and a clear call-to-action.
• Deliver two finished MP4 files per property (one with captions, one without) plus the raw shots for our archive.
• Include up to two rounds of minor revisions on each final cut.
Turnaround per property: 3–4 days from shoot to final edit.
You must already operate in or around Gurgaon so meetings with me are timely/smooth and travel costs stay manageable. Experience with real estate visuals, gimbals, DSLR or mirrorless cameras, Adobe Premiere Pro, and basic color grading will set you apart.
