Role Overview:
The Content Moderator (Level 2) plays a key role in transforming raw footage captured from GRIND’s 24/7 live stream and Pump.fun-related content into organized, usable video clips for editing.
This role bridges the gap between media capture and editing — taking full-length videos, trimming them into clean, high-value 5+ minute clips, and ensuring they’re stored and ready for the Content Editors to convert into short-form content for social media distribution.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Download raw content from the Pump.fun live stream and internal Content Library.
• Use tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro to trim long recordings into shorter (minimum 5-minute) highlight clips.
• Identify key segments — such as market discussions, project highlights, or viral moments.
• Export files in MP4 format and maintain consistent file naming standards.
• Upload trimmed clips to the Clip Folder for editing:
Clip Folder (Ready for Editing)
• Communicate with Content Editors when new clips are ready to be processed.
• Maintain clean organization, ensuring clips are properly tagged and categorized by topic, date, or event.
Qualifications:
• Intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
• Strong eye for pacing, flow, and content relevance.
• Ability to identify and clip impactful or engaging moments.
• Good understanding of crypto, Pump.fun culture, and GRIND branding.
• Reliable time management and communication within the production pipeline.
Performance Goals:
Deliver consistently edited 5+ minute clips within assigned deadlines.
Maintain full organization and file consistency across content folders.
Communicate clearly with editors to ensure zero workflow delays.
Identify and preserve valuable on-brand moments for social or marketing use.
Growth Path:
Successful Level 2 moderators can advance into Content Editor (Level 1) roles — focusing on short-form creation, AI-assisted editing, and direct contribution to GRIND’s TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube strategy.
