I have a steady stream of raw footage that needs to be shaped into eye-catching content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Your job is to take that footage and turn it into polished, platform-ready videos that hold attention from the first second to the last.
You’ll be trimming the fat, tightening the pacing, balancing audio, colour-grading, and weaving in captions or motion graphics where they add value. Each finished piece should be delivered in the right aspect ratio and resolution for the three platforms mentioned above, without sacrificing quality or storytelling.
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is important, but the real priority is a sharp creative eye and the ability to adapt the same core edit across multiple formats quickly. Clear, responsive communication and openness to feedback are must-haves—I like to refine each cut collaboratively to make sure every post feels on-brand and fresh.
For each assignment, please provide:
• A master file for YouTube in 16:9
• A vertical version optimised for TikTok and Instagram Reels (9:16)
• The editable project file and any external assets used
