Here is the creative direction I follow:
• Visual feel: gentle, healing-meditation imagery—think slow drifting nature elements, subtle abstract light flows, or any footage that eases the viewer into eyes-closed dhyān.
• Colour palette: soothing tones that stay easy on half-closed eyes (muted blues, greens or soft neutrals—no harsh saturation).
• Audio bed: royalty-free healing music mixed low enough (≈3 %) that the supplied narration remains the clear focus.
Deliverables for every file
1. 1920×1080 MP4 (H.264) at 25–30 fps
2. Clean audio mix peaking below –3 dB, narration crisp and centred
