I need a remote video editor who can turn our raw home-decor footage into polished Instagram Reels. Each clip should feel clean, minimal, and quietly luxurious—no flashy tricks—while still retaining the moody, slightly dim grading I’ve selected. Above all, the rugs must look exactly as they do in real life, so your eye for color accuracy is critical.
What the day-to-day looks like
You’ll receive short 9:16 clips along with a reference track. After a tight edit with smooth cuts and restrained motion, you’ll grade everything so textures and weave detail stay clear. Please balance the moody tone with true-to-product colors; browns cannot drift orange, creams shouldn’t blow out. Once the pacing is synced to music, deliver the final MP4 ready for Reels.
Mandatory test
To be considered, edit one supplied set of clips into a single Reel. Apply your color correction so the rug tones remain faithful yet carry that subtle, dim ambience.
