Premiere Pro YouTube Audio Cleanup

I’m editing a YouTube video but the soundtrack isn’t broadcast-ready: there’s a handful of mic bumps scattered through the timeline as well as some car revving. I’m looking for someone who works comfortably inside Adobe Premiere Pro to smooth everything out without making the dialogue sound over-processed. I have timestamped each issue for your ease.
The job is straightforward. I’ll send you the project file (or the raw clip if you prefer). Your task is to remove the noise, tame the bumps, balance overall levels and return a timeline that I can drop straight back into my edit.
Deliverables
• Updated Premiere Pro project or synced audio track
• Clean, consistent levels with the background noise, mic bumps and car revving removed
• Quick recap of what effects or settings you applied so I can replicate the approach on future videos
