Premiere Pro Talk-Head Edits

I have a batch of talking-head clips already shot in 4K that now need a clean, on-brand polish inside Adobe Premiere Pro. Each piece should be tightened by cutting out pauses, stumbles, and dead space, then balanced with gentle color correction so skin tones stay natural across every scene.
My brand kit (fonts, HEX colors, logo variants, lower-third template) will be shared at the start. Please work within those guidelines while adding:
• Clear titles and lower-third subtitles that match the brand look
* B-rolls
• Light animated call-outs or iconography where it supports the message
• A subtle logo watermark throughout
Final assets requested:
1. Master Premiere Pro project file with all media relinked and organized
2. One high-bitrate 4K H.264 export and one 1080p social-ready export per video
