Premiere Pro Editor for YouTube Vlogs

I need a seasoned video editor who feels at home inside Adobe Premiere Pro to take raw footage and shape it into engaging vlog-style content for my YouTube channel. The goal is to keep viewers watching until the very last second, so pacing, smooth jump-cuts, tasteful B-roll, and fitting royalty-free music are essential.
I’ll supply all clips, reference timestamps, and any graphics or branding assets. You’ll handle the full edit—syncing audio, colour correction, light motion graphics or lower thirds where relevant, and final export in 1080p (or 4K when the source allows) ready to upload directly to YouTube.
Turnaround per episode is roughly three days once assets are shared, and I’m aiming for a collaborative workflow: first draft, my feedback, one revision round, and a polished final file plus the editable .prproj. If you have a knack for eye-catching thumbnails or SEO-friendly titles and descriptions, let me know—those extras are welcome but not mandatory.
