Precise Cutting Video Editor Needed

I have raw footage that simply needs to be tightened up through careful cutting and splicing—no fancy transitions, effects, or color work at this stage. The goal is a clean, engaging final video that flows naturally from shot to shot without wasted moments or awkward pauses.
I will provide the source files in their original resolution along with basic notes on any must-keep segments and approximate run-time targets. You’ll handle:
• Trimming dead space
• Re-ordering clips where it improves storytelling
• Delivering the edited video in both the original resolution and a web-ready MP4
