PowerPoint Format to YouTube Video Conversion_Documentary Style
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an existing PowerPoint presentations that I’d like transformed into a YouTube-ready documentary. I’m aiming for a narrative-focused structure with an overall inspirational tone that speaks clearly to a general-public audience.
Here’s what I need:
• Rearrange and enhance the slide content so it flows like a compelling story rather than a lecture.
• Add smooth transitions, kinetic text, and subtle motion graphics that keep viewers engaged without feeling flashy.
• Incorporate royalty-free background music and ambient sound effects that lift the emotional impact.
• Record or sync a clear voice-over (either yours or edited from my supplied script/audio) to guide the narrative.
• Insert relevant still images, stock clips, or simple archival footage where visuals can enrich a point.
• Deliver a polished 1080p MP4 ready for upload, plus the editable project files in case I need tweaks later.
I’ll provide the PowerPoint, branding guidelines, any existing media assets, and a basic script outline. Your creative input on pacing, sequencing, and visual enhancement is welcome—as long as the final video remains concise, accessible, and uplifting.
Experience with video editors such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is preferred. Attention to audio leveling, spelling consistency, and smooth on-screen text is essential. If you have relevant documentary samples, feel free to include links so I can see your storytelling style. The voice over would be provided for each video. I have at least 7 videos to post. Each is 30-40 minutes long.
Once we agree on the structure, I’d like a first cut within a week, followed by at least two revisions round for fine-tuning before final delivery.
