AI Post-Production for Feature Film

I’m deep into a feature-length film and need someone who truly understands how to push editing workflows with AI. The core focus is video editing—using machine-learning or generative tools to accelerate rough-cut assembly, automate scene detection, sync multi-cam footage, handle smart up-scaling, and generally shave hours off the timeline without sacrificing creative intent.

I’m already working in DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro, so experience with their AI-driven features (Adobe Sensei, Resolve’s Neural Engine, Topaz, etc.) will help you hit the ground running. If you prefer custom Python workflows or other ML frameworks, I’m open to integrating them as long as they plug cleanly into an established NLE pipeline and deliver consistent renders.

The collaboration would look like this:
• You review our dailies and existing project files, then propose a clear AI-augmented workflow.
• We iterate on a short test sequence so I can gauge speed, quality, and how your process preserves narrative pacing.
• Once approved, you implement the full edit pass, turning over a locked timeline ready for color and sound.

I’m flexible on how the tech is applied—whether that’s automated shot tagging, semantic search, face relighting, or advanced denoise—but I do need demonstrable results on a long-form project. If you’ve shipped at least one feature (or comparably complex piece) using AI-powered editing, let’s talk.
