I already have brochures, renders, price sheets and a finished voice-over script; what I need now is your skill turning that material into 2–3 polished social-media pieces in 9:16 format.
Here’s the vision:
• One snappy, story-driven reel that instantly hooks viewers and spotlights the key features of my plotting layout project.
• One slightly longer explainer that follows the script I provide, walking investors through why this opportunity matters and how the numbers stack up.
• (Optional) A short bumper or teaser you feel will boost reach—if you can get extra mileage from our footage, I’m open.
The audience is purely investors, so every frame should speak their language: returns, appreciation, location advantages and long-term security. Quick cuts, clean typography and confident pacing are what I’m after; think Instagram Reels or TikTok, not a slow corporate video.
Deliverables must arrive in ready-to-upload 1080×1920 MP4 files, colour-graded and with royalty-free background music. Final hand-over includes the working project files (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci—your choice) in case I need minor tweaks later.
