Polished Instagram Reels Editing

I have the scripts, voice-overs, and all raw footage ready; what I need is an editor who can turn those pieces into fully finished Instagram-style reels that are ready to publish the moment I receive them.

Here’s the flow I’m after
• Snappy pacing that never drags yet still lets the core message land
• Seamless transitions that feel natural, not gimmicky
• Burned-in, word-perfect captions timed to the voice track
• Light colour grading, subtle overlays, and background music only where it lifts the energy without fighting the dialogue
• Final export in 1080 × 1920 (or 4K vertical if you prefer) so I can upload straight to Instagram Reels without further tweaks

I’d like this to be an ongoing collaboration: four reels every week, delivered on the same day each week so my content calendar stays on track. Turnaround time from drop-box delivery of assets to finished reel should be no more than three days.

Deliverables each week
1. Four vertical reels in .mp4, clearly named
2. Matching caption files (.srt) even though the captions are burned in, for accessibility reposts
3. One thumbnail suggestion per reel (simple still grab is fine)

Acceptance Criteria
• No jump-cuts that clip spoken words
• Caption accuracy ≥ 99 %
• Colour and audio levels consistent across the full reel set
• File size and codec compatible with Instagram’s current guidelines
