Podcast/Video Editor (Monthly Basis)

I run a small podcast that I repurpose into short-form videos for Instagram Reels. I’m looking for a reliable editor who can turn raw talking-head footage into snappy, vertical clips that both entertain and inspire my audience.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Trim the highlights into 15–60 second Reels in 9:16 (1080×1920) format.
• Add dynamic captions, light motion graphics, and royalty-free background music that matches an inspirational yet playful vibe.
• Apply basic color correction, audio clean-up, and smooth jump-cuts so the flow feels natural and energetic.
• Deliver ready-to-post MP4 files plus the project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut welcome).

Turnaround: around 20 hours of work per week, delivered within 48 hours of each raw file drop via Google Drive.
