Podcast Reels Video Editing

I have a growing podcast channel and I’d like to turn each episode into engaging social-media reels. The end product I’m after is a short, narrative-driven reel that pulls together only the highlight moments from the episode, paced so the story flows naturally from hook to payoff.
Here’s what matters to me:
• Every reel should feel like a mini-story, not just random fast cuts. Select the strongest sound bites, arrange them so they build tension or curiosity, and wrap up with a clear takeaway.
• I rely on text overlays to reinforce key quotes and calls-to-action, and I’d like subtle yet polished animations that match the podcast’s branding.
• I’ll supply full-length video, show notes, and suggested timestamps; you handle trimming, colour correction, sound balancing, and the creative edit. Deliver one ready-to-post vertical file per reel (1080x1920, 30–60 sec, H.264), plus the editable project file in Premiere Pro or Final Cut so I can make tweaks later.
If my audience feels the story and watches to the end, we’ve done it right.
