I did an interview with another person and her lighting is perfect, but mine shows a high glare on my forehead. I need the glare t be removed or softened and I need both of our videos to have similar lighting. The video is 19 minutes. There are two videos. One video is just me and the other is my guest.

Which format is the video file in? FCPX but I can convert it to MP4 or MOV if needed
What specific adjustments do you want for the lighting? Reduce glare, Even out both subjects' lighting, General lighting enhancement
Are there any specific scenes or timecodes where the lighting issues are most prominent? The entire video
