Podcast Episode Cleanup Editor -- 2

I'm looking for a very affordable Video Podcast Cleanup Editor. This will not be a lot of "editing" per se.

I run a personal growth podcast and need a reliable video editor for light, template-based cleanup work.

This is not cinematic editing. This is structured, repeatable execution.

Per episode:
• Remove podcast chatter before/after actual podcast
• Remove obvious recording breaks
• Insert provided intro/outro templates
• Export one full 16:9 episode
• Export three vertical shorts

You will follow a clear style guide. No heavy effects or creative restructuring.

Turnaround target: 2–3 days.
Ongoing weekly work (2 episodes per week).
